Resolution Steps:
Open FortiClient.
Launch the FortiClient application on your computer.-
Access Settings.
Click on the Settings tab located on the left-hand side of the FortiClient window.

Clear VPN Cookies.
Locate Advanced Option and Click on Clear Cookies button.

Reconnect to VPN.
After clearing cookies, attempt to connect to VPN again.

Restart the Computer (If Needed).
If the issue persists, restart your computer and try connecting again.
