Resolution Steps:

  1. Open FortiClient.
    Launch the FortiClient application on your computer.

  2. Access Settings.

    • Click on the Settings tab located on the left-hand side of the FortiClient window.

  3. Clear VPN Cookies.

    • Locate Advanced Option and Click on Clear Cookies button.

  4. Reconnect to VPN.

    • After clearing cookies, attempt to connect to VPN again.

  5. Restart the Computer (If Needed).

    • If the issue persists, restart your computer and try connecting again.
