1. Turn on your iPhone by pressing and holding the button on the right hand side of the device
  2. Swipe up on the 'Hello' screen
  3. Select your language & region.
  4. Select your appearance
  5. If this is your first work phone, select 'Set up without another device' otherwise, If you are transferring from an old work iPhone to a new one you can skip most of the setup process by using the 'quick start' function(not covered in this help article).
  6. Connect to a Wi-Fi network, if you are at work select FRG_Guest, the password is: guestFRGpass987
  7. On the Data & Privacy screen select continue.
  8. Select 'Don't transfer anything' (other setup methods no covered in help article)
  9. Select 'Enrol this iPhone'
  10. You will now be prompted to enter your work email and password.
  11. Setup 'Face ID' if you want to, this can be done later on if desired.
  12. Create a passcode for your iPhone, this must be 6 characters long and can't be repeated numbers (eg. 111111), you will need to enter it a second time to confirm it.
  13. Sign into your Apple ID if you already have one, most staff members will create a separate "work" Apple ID with their work email, this is what we recommend in the IT department, to create a new Apple ID, select the 'forgot password or don't have an Apple ID' and select and follow the prompts to create an Apple ID. You may also be prompted to accept terms and conditions, please accept these.
     
  14. The next prompt will be to setup and eSIM, if you have been provided with an eSIM for your phone click on 'Use QR Code' & then click on 'Scan QR Code' and scan the QR code that will have been emailed to you.
  15. You should now be taken to the iPhone default app screen and your device is ready for use.
