Easiest way to schedule ZOOM meetings
Schedule a Meeting
- Open Microsoft Outlook
In the main menu bar, you should have the ZOOM icons.
- Click “Schedule a Meeting”
You will then be prompted to log into ZOOM.
Login using SSO, write maxitrans for domain or enter your email address and ZOOM account password.
Click “Sign In”
- Next tick the box “Do not show me again” and click “Continue”
Set the date and time of the meeting
Also select attendees for the meeting.
- If you want to book a ZOOM Room click Location and select one or more of the ZR Rooms from the list
Click “SEND” meeting invite
Join a Meeting
- Click on start menu and then search for start zoom.
- Login using SSO, write maxitrans for domain or enter your email address and ZOOM account password. Click “Sign In”
- Click on join
- Enter the meeting id or the link sent to you by host.
