To set up the company email on your phone, first open your phone and click on settings.

Upon entering settings scroll down until you find Accounts and Passwords.

Upon clicking on this you’ll find a box called MaxiMAIL or Exchange. Click on it and you’ll be directed to your email details. Where it says exchange, you can supply your password for your emails to work (this is the same as your computer login password). From here you can also choose if this syncs events to your reminders, contacts and calendar as well as if automatic reply is on.

After clicking on your email address on the previous screen you will be directed to a screen where you can input your email and your password.

From here in Email and Username place your full email address e.g. [email protected] and set your password (the same as your computer login password).
