Easiest way to schedule ZOOM meetings

 

Schedule a Meeting

 

  • Open Microsoft Outlook

In the main menu bar, you should have the ZOOM icons.

 

  • Click “Schedule a Meeting”

You will then be prompted to log into ZOOM.

Login using SSO, write maxitrans for domain or enter your email address and ZOOM account password.

Click “Sign In”

 

  • Next tick the box “Do not show me again” and click “Continue”

 

Set the date and time of the meeting

Also select attendees for the meeting.

 

  • If you want to book a ZOOM Room click Location and select one or more of the ZR Rooms from the list

 

 

Click “SEND” meeting invite

 

Join a Meeting

 

  • Click on start menu and then search for start zoom.

 

 

  • Login using SSO, write maxitrans for domain or enter your email address and ZOOM account password. Click “Sign In”

 

 

 

  • Click on join 

 

 

 

  • Enter the meeting id or the link sent to you by host.
