If you cannot receive emails and outlook looks like this, open outlook and check if it has working offline written on it.

To fix this and work online again click on Send/Receive and click “Work Offline” to cancel it.

Emails should begin to update, and you will be connected to Microsoft exchange again.

If the issue persists check your internet connection.
