1. Open File Explorer

    • You can press Windows + E or click the folder icon in your taskbar.

  2. Click “This PC”

    • In the left-hand pane, find and click This PC.

  3. Click “Map network drive”

    • At the top, click the “... More” menu (or the Computer tab), then choose Map network drive.

  4. Choose a Drive Letter

    • Select a letter (e.g. Z:) that isn’t already in use.

  5. Enter the Folder Path

    • Type the network path (e.g. \\ServerName\SharedFolder).


  6. Click “Finish”
